Itinerary:
Saturday:
10 AM - 11:30 AM Arrival and Setup:
Arrive at the campsite, set up tents and campsite.
Optional morning coffee from camp coffee bar
11:30 AM - Welcome and Introductions
Gather together for introductions and overview of the weekend
12 PM - Lunch:
Enjoy a relaxed picnic lunch together.
Take time for conversation and settling into the retreat vibe.
1PM -2:30 Guided Meditation and Slow Vinyasa Flow
Settle into your body with some relaxing guided meditation and breath work
Transition into a slow, intentional all-levels Vinyasa flow waking up your body and connecting with your senses as you take in the surrounding sounds and smells of nature.
2:30 PM - 4:00 Group Activity
Guided journaling. Prompts will be provided to foster introspection and help get you started, but sharing is completely optional! Take this time to slow down and reflect.
Creative moment: optional friendship bracelet making.
4:00-5:30 Free Time
Take some time for yourself. Maybe explore the surrounding forrest on a short hike, relax in a hammock, read a book, or chat with your fellow retreat babes.
5:30 PM - Second Yoga Session:
Evening Yin practice focused on releasing tension in the deep fascia.
Emphasis on slowing down, sitting with stillness, and quieting the mind.
6:30PM - Dinner:
Start preparing dinner together (chili, rice, grilled veggies).
Enjoy a cozy campfire with dinner, eat, and relax.
7:00PM - Campfire & S’mores:
Gather around the fire for s’mores, stargazing, community building, and relaxation

9:00-10:00 PM - Winding down/ Bedtime:
Get cozy for a night of sweet dreams in your tent
Sunday:
7:30 AM - Wake-Up
Rise and shine.
8 AM - Breakfast:
Prepared oatmeal with toppings, fruit salad, and coffee/tea.
9 AM-9:30 AM - Morning Yoga Session
Focus on energizing poses and light stretching.
9:30 AM-10:30 AM Pack-Up:
Take time to pack personal items and clean up the campsite.
10:30 AM - 11:00 AM Reflection Circle:
Gather to reflect on the experience, share thoughts, and express gratitude.
Option to journal your take aways from the weekend
11:00 AM Departure:
Final goodbyes and head out!
